ABOUT

Going down at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, CA, the BoxLife SoCal Throwdown is a one-day competition that will challenge your overall fitness. It’s time to put the hard work you’ve put in at the box to the test. You’re going to love what we have in store for you.

The WODs

The BoxLife SoCal Throwdown will test your fitness with three no-nonsense workouts that will challenge every area of your fitness including strength, endurance, skills and definitely grit! And of course, they’ll be a ton of fun. (WODs coming soon!)

The Ferrigno Legacy Expo

The BoxLife SoCal Throwdown will be part of the Ferrigno Legacy Expo, a 130,000 square foot, 400 booth, mutli-sport expo which will play host to Weightlifting, Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding & more!
